The Ready-to-Fill design offers all of the material handling advantages of a rigid Intermediate-Bulk-Container (IBC) with all the benefits of a disposable IBC. J Hill Container™ Ready-to-Fill totes are an ideal replacement for drums, returnable totes, bottle-in-cage IBCs, and other corrugated IBCs. Reduce your time and labor required for the filling, emptying, and handling of multiple containers with one Ready-to-Fill Tote replacing up to six drums and carrying up to 330 gallons of liquid.
As a replacement for returnable totes, Ready-to-Fill Totes eliminate the high cost of maintenance and return transportation. Versatile use with industrial chemicals (such as: adhesives, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), water-based emulsions, heavy greases, lubricating oils, surfactants, paints, and coatings), and aseptic, white room or bulk commodities (such as: fruit juices, fruit purees, glycerin, propylene glycol, edible oils, fish oil, salad dressings, molasses, wine, liquid sweeteners and flavorings).
The Ready-to-Fill Totes offer labor-free set-up prior to filling and arrive pre-banded and secured to a new heat treated wooden or plastic pallet. Once filled, the cap is replaced and the Ready-to-Fill tote is ready to ship with no additional banding or strapping required. Engineered to bring sustainability into your bulk packaging program, the sleeve is composed of renewable fiber, 100% of which is sourced through the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® (SFI®) certified procurement system.
Recyclable and cost effective, Liquid Bulk Totes are ideal for a wide range of food and industrial chemical products. Engineered specifically for liquids, the totes are perfect for both domestic and export shipping in different shapes, capacities, and styles—as well as the flexibility to customize a solution.
